Cetraben Intensely Hydrating Overnight Ointment (120g) is a soothing, moisturising treatment with a rich formulation for use on problematic, dry, sensitive skin types or those prone to eczema, and is especially suitable for use at night whilst skin renews itself and moisture loss occurs. Fragrance-free and easily absorbed, it helps strengthen the skin's natural protective barrier by sealing in moisture, preventing loss of hydration, and negating the effects of skin irritants and external aggressors.

Formulated with Light Liquid Paraffin, it replaces lost skin oils while White Soft Paraffin forms an antioxidant shield on the skin's surface. Cetraben Ointment can be used as a nourishing treatment for dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema, and dry or flaky skin, and is equally effective as a skin cleanser or bath additive. The Cetraben range is the first eczema-prone skincare range to be approved by the British Skin Foundation and the whole range is suitable for all ages. Free from SLS and parabens. Cruelty-free.

Directions of use:

• Apply Cetraben Ointment as often as required to hydrate skin throughout the day or before you go to bed, always making sure the area is well covered. Apply gently in the direction of hair growth.
• Avoid vigorously rubbing the cream in as this could cause itchy skin and make your skin hotter.
• Apply your moisturiser before and after you bathe or shower to protect against dry skin.
• For use as a bath additive, melt around 4g in hot water in a suitable container, then add to the bath.
• For use as a soap substitute, simply take a small amount of the ointment, lather under warm water and use as required when washing or in the shower.
• Precautions - if this product comes into contact with dressings, clothing and bedding, the fabric can be easily ignited with a naked flame. You should keep away from fire when using this product.
